Well-equipped house at the harbor. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Lovely views with the swimming beach being a short walk via boardwalk access. The host is very friendly with extremely well-timed communication that simplifies check-in. House was clean and various little extras and pleasant surprises enhanced our fantastic experience. There are 2 en suite bedrooms and a third bathroom to service the remaining 2 bedrooms. Clean bedding and towels were provided and the beds were comfortable. This is a double-story dwelling with a kitchen, one bedroom, and entertainment areas on the first floor. The remainder 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the ground floor. A covered braai area is located in the spacious back garden for very windy days. A lovely first-floor stoep with braai made for cozy family dinners with a sea view. This place was truly exceptional. From the get-go the owner was nothing but a pleasure to work with. She reached out to us when she found out we were looking for a place to stay in the area and went above and beyond to make the experience a delight. It's in a beautiful location right by the Harbour, with easy access to everything needed in Struisbaai. The place had beautiful bedrooms, plenty of outdoor space, and the deck upstairs was delightful. The supplies were above and beyond, and the rusks were delicious!

A couple of things to note: There's no AC, which normally isn't an issue there. The harbour is very busy on the weekend, so be prepared for noise starting...

What can I say About Harbour house, except, absolutely perfect!!! Our hearts were broken as always to leave Struisbaai, but this house made a great Struisbaai holiday into a brilliant one. Bedding is of high standard. Everything in the kitchen that you would want. The kettle broke down and our awesome host replaced it within an hour. The view is so nice. It's walking distance from the shop (which you can still do in Struisbaai at 6 at night), walking distance from the Harbour and a great swim spot. Living room and stoep very spacious and comfortable.
