I found this place to be acceptable regarding the standard and location. Here, you feel like you home, you can even leave your room opened because of the high safely standard and that you are there as if you are a family.

There are minor things that needs attention, like the shower head in the room I occupied, it's so small. The wardrobe door was out of the hinge. Since the rooms have carpets, they need to install aircons in the rooms.
