Ehrlich Park Lodge — Hotel in Free State

Beautiful place, warm welcome from the guy at the reception and very helpful, However the place need to have someone on side to assist guest especially in the mornings to help with essential things. Our stay left a very bad impression about the place after our encounter with the lady who owns the place, no regards for what so ever for her guests, my sister greeted her and gave her a bad look and did not bother to respond back. We had to beg her to move her car in order for us to enter the place which she took her time to do so, which was very rude and unprofessional. She need to understand the nature of her business and how to behave...

Place still needs alot of work in terms of the interior of the rooms. Bedding definitely needs an update, plug by the side of the bed sparked the whole night, had to switch it of... Needs to install wifi and get rid of the open view hd and use dstv...

Paid for breakfast but only had breakfast there once and we had a 3night stay... The food was blend and the juice tasted like water with a dash...

Dis place does not deserve 3 stars. My friends booked here via phone and told them they can pay on arrival but when they arrived there booking was not there and they dont even want to help you find some where els to sleep. Dis is very unprofessional and would never come here again and recommend you to...
