Morning flair Bed and Breakfast — Hotel in Free State

Morning Flair Guest House has stunning decor and amenities, but the experience is marred by the receptionist, Moletšane. His attitude is unprofessional, unwelcoming, and borderline rude. He acts like he owns the place, not just works there. That time he is a mere receptionist, It's clear he doesn't care about providing good customer service.

If you're looking for a relaxing stay, I'd advise you to look elsewhere until they sort out their staff. The guest house's potential is wasted on poor reception. Maybe it's time for management to address Moletšane's behavior and prioritize guest...

Good place to stay, except noise from the main road, not ideal for light sleepers. Service was excellent, booked online and paid and paid full amount at the B&B and told them about double payment. Without hustle I got my money back...
