Elohims Lodge — Hotel in Free State

I had a bad experience considering a lot of money was paid.No soap holder in shower.Very little variety of food on the breakfast menu.No wifi.Very little concern for security of the rooms.I experienced theft in my room despite locking all doors.My tablet was stolen ,my bag emptied out and clothes scattered.I asked to see CCTV and was told that it was not working.I was told manager would come but didnt.No apologies or concern from staff. Wont be coming...

We booked a nights stay here on our way back from the Kruger to Cape Town. Had an amazing stay. Stunning bathroom with a huge shower, amazing bedding that was so clean you can smell the Stay Soft when you enter the room and overall just a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is also a greta steakhouse across the road from the guesthouse that serves fantastic food. Highly recommended and will definitely return...

The staff are friendly and the rooms are large and comfortable. I would have liked soap in my bathroom and a clean basin. Breakfast is limited to eggs, meat, toast cornflakes/brandflakes. Would have liked some yogert/ health option. The only coffee is Ricoffy (very sad). No WiFi. TV did not work. No electricity generator (Eskom cut the power). The bar is empty. The wallpaper was pealing off in my room. And lastly: no WiFi (I mention this twice...
