Loft Bella Vita — Hotel in Free State

I booked for 2 adults and a baby , we checked in at 4pm. We went out to get food , when we came back there were about 10 people drinking and talking very loudly and playing loud music. One guy came to our room and asked if we can move to a different room because they will be drinking the whole night and they feel sorry for the baby . To cut a long story short , I ended up leaving at 11pm with a 1 year old tired and frustrated baby , she couldn’t sleep in such a noisy environment. I’m very disappointed, the receptionist was not helpful she told me those people are from ANC and know the owner...

August 2024 on arrival there was no hot water around 6pm and a story about the heating system being turned on late was told to us

Though having driven 6hrs and having to work in the heat of Bloemfontein same day there was no hot water whole night till morning we woke up to cold AF showers. Very unappreciated

They got have fixed the water heating...

We booked and when we arrived they were not open. I have still not received my refund after promises from Booking.com Steer clear DO NOT BOOK UNLESS YOU HAVE PHYSICALLY BEEN THERE THEY DONT REFUND...
