What an absolutely beautiful and relaxing place! The green lawns, tranquil dam, and the friendly donkeys, chickens, and ducks wandering about create such a peaceful, country atmosphere. The staff deserve a huge compliment — they are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their warmth and service truly make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. We stayed for four days in the 6-sleeper unit, which was very comfortable and budget-friendly. There isn't a stove or kitchen unit, but has a microwave, fridge and kettle. There are also more modern accommodation options available on the farm, but they were unfortunately fully booked during our visit — a clear sign of how popular they are! It’s also a perfect spot for families with children. There’s a trampoline, a big open lawn to run and play on, and plenty of space for kids to safely explore and enjoy nature. Our children (3&4 years old) entertained themselves throughout our stay. The restaurant is a real highlight! The Mediterranean-inspired dishes with a Greek twist are absolutely delicious, and the Sunday buffet is an experience not to be missed. (Just make sure to book in advance — it’s very popular!) Overall, Mizpah Lodge is a wonderful getaway where you can relax, eat well, and feel genuinely cared for. Highly recommended!

Massively improved menu! The food and drinks taste so natural and delicious especially their lemonade! Amazing waiters who are so sweet and helpful and a unique experience that you won't find anywhere else in Bloemfontein. The vibes are also relaxed and the nature outside makes me want to sleep under a tree lol . A lovely experience. Thanks everyone for such a tranquil and lovely time .

Quiet, very hospitable and off the beaten track venue with a farm atmosphere. Remarkable for low rates which offer high value. The Israeli style food is described as biblical. There is a special tea bar, aromatherapy products and all sorts of unusual items in the shop. The venue caters for seminars and conferences, small and larger functions.

I wouldn't recommend the restaurant. The chicken was dry and the fried chickpeas mushy. It was such a confusion when we had to pay, having to recall everything we had eaten so they could bring up the bill. They ended up overcharging for two additional meals (which they fortunately did do an instant eft for when we phoned them). The owner put a tray into my hands and told me I can clear the table for them, which I don't mind doing if that's the normal thing to do at the restaurant, but it didn't seem like the case. His son did apologise for the odd request. The atmosphere was at least nice outside in nature. I liked...

A very nice place, tranquil and cozy. The food was amazing, I've been there a couple mornings already for breakfast. Highly recommended. ||The people are very friendly and welcoming, which just adds to the beauty of the environment.||There are nice little shops as well, my favourite being the osem shop. Wide variety of nuts, seeds, flours, organic veggies and much more.||Definitely worth seeing and...
