Pab-Love Guesthouse — Hotel in Ga-Segonyana Local Municipality

I spend the weekend after seeing the pictures online and reading the reviews we made a booking. I was disappointed when we arrived. I got the feeling they got your money now they duck and dive the issues. Swimming pool is not in operation for over 6 months. They did not disclose this to me when making the booking and I came with kids. The aircon switch on but does not blow cold air.. I ask for a different room but they all the same only one aircon works in the entire place... Kuruman gets so hot u need this to be working. Towels is a issues they ether don't have or just don't want to give. Tea and coffee is a joke 1 of each but u are 3 in the room. They gave 1 coffee cup and 1 glass. U need to ask if u want what u paid for. Water in shower drain very slow so u taking a shower standing in your own dirt. The upside Beds is super nice rooms are clean Very quiet and in a great area OK for local travelers not for tourists unless u ok with the backpacking lifestyle. Staff very helpful but they can't help u change rooms or give u anything. U need to speak to the manager that is always not at the property.

At the price they charge R900 per night u better off at kuruman country Lodge. What they offer is worth R450 per night If the bed was not as good and the room was not clean I would have demanded a refund but my time was short in kuruman Pub love if u charge what the 3 star places charge I suggest u offer 3 star facilities or drop u price the value that u offer does not...

I was very disappointed! Only 1 towel for 2 people- had to ask at reception. Should have hand-and shower towel each. Room very small. No bedside lamp- don't they read? No carpet at bed ( cold tiles) no dhower...
