Ecomotel Isando — Hotel in Gauteng

Really basic motel style place. Easy acess. Nice you can park outside your door, makes it easy to unpack & pack up afterwards. This Eco Motel has a section behind the reception which is quieter than the front section, as it isn't so exposed to the traffic.

Tiny TV, same size as my laptop screen, with most channels having bad reception, however you could plug in a usb stick & watch your favourite movie as long as it is in one of the more popular movie formats, such as Avi or Mp4. The room has a small bar size fridge, a microwave, dishes, cutlery, cups & glasses for 2. Only hand towels available. No kettle. It also has a basin & should you prefer to not eat on the bed there is a tiny table & 2 chairs available.

For a reasonably priced, convenient & clean nights stayover it should be sufficient & should satisfy the not so...

This is ideal for those who want to stay and relax for a few hours not on business. They promise internet which never works. The rooms have no fridges. Besides the price this is a worst place. I spent 14 days there but on my final day was treated like a criminal. Was told to wait outside with my luggage whilst waiting for my taxi which was supposed to arrive 30 minutes later. Tried explaining this to the arrogant receptionist that this was not safe for me but she wouldn't have none of this. I would definitely not recommend anyone...

The service was okay, but the interior of the room was not great. I had a hard time using their pillows as I had to sit and work from the bed. The shower was open that, when I shower, water from the shower had to enter the bedroom. It is located along busy roads, so the noise was quite annoying for a person wants to...
