BEAUTIFUL, I wasn't expecting such space and comfort. Also very private, I was amazed it was so neat, no prostitutes, no noise, no misconduct, an old vintage building, BUT BEAUTIFULLY MANAGED I had to go down to express myself to the staff. VERY SECURED, I also noticed alot of government officials lodging there as they reside for their duties. Comfortable beds, spacious kitchen, at the best affordable price. PLS PLS DONT INCREASE YOUR PRICES, WE ARE GRATEFUL

What a WOW... The worst place ever, we truly regret going there. We literally took the mattress and placed on the floor for better sleep. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this place. It's false advertisement. The mother's owner is a wicked women. They sprayed pepper spray in our room. I really hope this place burns down.

I recently had a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience at “Inn and Out Sandton Park.” This place is far from what I expected, and I feel compelled to warn others.

Upon arrival, it was immediately apparent that the building and grounds are poorly maintained. Litter was strewn everywhere, and the overall look was just shabby. The exterior of the building is cracking and falling apart, with dead plants and leaves adding to the rundown atmosphere. The parking situation is chaotic and wholly inadequate, leaving guests to fend for themselves in disorganized spaces.

Inside, things only got worse. The room was dull, dingy, and utterly uninspired. The lighting is inconsistent, creating a dark, depressing feel throughout. No cutlery was provided, and the kitchen taps didn’t even work. The bathroom and toilet were in a state of disrepair, with visible signs of wear and tear everywhere. On top of all this, there was no lace on the curtains, meaning you either kept the curtains closed or exposed yourself to anyone walking by outside.

The place was dirty, with empty alcohol bottles lying around in common areas. The atmosphere was made worse by the loud and inconsiderate guests on the upper floors. Even when I requested a room higher up, I was placed wherever the staff saw fit. Speaking of the staff—they were unprofessional, many didn’t speak English, and some were even asleep on the job! To add insult to injury, I was charged an additional fee over and above the booking cost, even though I had booked online.

The overall lack of care and hospitality at this establishment was so appalling that I had to check out early and find other accommodations. For the price they’re charging, you’re far better off booking at Sun 1 or Mint. Avoid this place at all costs—it’s a complete waste of money and a massive...

I recently stayed at Inn & Out Sandton and I must say my experience was quite dissappointing. The room's linen and pillows were stained, which was unhygienic and unpleasant. Despite arriving at 3 pm for check-in, I had to wait an extra 30 minutes, which was frustrating as now my other plans had to be postponed. The noise levels in the hotel were high, especially in the early hours of the morning, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. When I requested extra towels they never arrived, which was inconvenient. The hotel's amenities were limited and it's essential to note that most amenities, such as an iron, fridge, utensils, and microwave, stove, pots, cups, glasses, kettle, pans, etc. are not provided in some rooms; alerting the guests on this before they arrive would help guests plan accordingly. There was only one iron available for the entire building, which was impractical. The hotel's pictures did not accurately represent the rooms, which was misleading. However, the desk staff were kind and helpful where they could help. Unfortunately, the hotel had a strong smoking smell, likely due to the security guard and his friends I assume. Additionally, I experienced electrical faults during my stay, with a leaking toilet. Overall, my experience at Inn & Out Sandton was disappointing and I would not recommend it to others without significant improvements. It's worth noting that everyone's experience can be different, and what I encountered might not be the same for others. I hope the hotel takes feedback seriously and makes necessary changes to enhance the...

The location is great, near, near lots of great restaurants. I have stayed at this hotel on business 3 times a month every month since 2011. This hotel has gone from bad to good.||The rooms are comfortable and very clean. They have upgraded there AC system, every room I have stayed in now the system works without having to call the engineer to repair it and make it blow colder as it gets hot there in the summer time. The staff is exceptional always happy to assist and make you comfortable. The sushi chef Sharon is great and she offers a sushi class on Thursday nights if 6 or more make a reservation. The Sunday buffet in the main restaurant. The head chef in the main dinning room was replaced in Jan 2016, he needs to revamp the menu for both room service and the main dinning room. The gym has all new equipment which is a huge improvement , and the pool and pool area is very large and refreshing on a hot day. Albert the bar manager is extremely welcoming and the drinks and snacks are great. They offer a complimentary shuttle that will drop off and pick you up from the subway station and Mandela Square Mall. During my many stays at this hotel I have made many friends amongst the staff the following have been great and gracious: the assistant manager Beauty, Concierge Daddy and Sanjay, Waitresses Moreblessiing and Betty, Waiters Sam and Walter, and Cosmos the engineer who I always can count on to fix my AC .Thank you for making me feel at home.||Be careful walking around at night as this is a...
