Pretoria Inn Guest House — Hotel in Gauteng

I flew in from Cpt to PTA for a business trip, and Pretoria Inn Guest House stood out amongst 100s of listings for its affordable price and clean rooms. Upon arriving, I was kindly greeted by Fortunate who throughout my 3 days stay, hosted me with top quality service that felt homey. The rooms were fresh and what made this guesthouse appealing is it's close proximity to DIRCO and Queenswood Shopping Centre. I highly recommend this establishment as its Staff members ( Fortunate, Pretty and Banele) truly go out of their way to ensure you are comfortable and even show you around the area ( as I was new to PTA). I will definitely be coming back to this establishment soon whenever I am in PTA.

What a terible experience, was my 5th stay over, but this time it was real bad, booked a delux double room, but its everything except that. Book in time from 14h00 to 18hoo, was there at 17h20, tried to phone numerious time to get gate open, at last i kicked the wooden gate for aproximatly 5 minutes before one of the residents open up for me that was 17h45. When we got help after 18h00 room 2 was assigned to us, what an dissapointment, the curtains couldnt close properly, no coffee in the room, water on the floor, when I send the owner a message and asked to be moved to room 5 (which i know wasnt occupied ) he didnt move us, he just said it will be better next time, the bed was so uncomfortable i couldnt sleep. I never have this problem before with the normal double...

This place was horrible.We booked for two nights .The place was filthy.The floors were sticky .The windows couldn't close properly and the door had a space beneath it where the wind blew in .The nights were horribly cold.The worse part was when we went to go and shower the water was cold and I reported it.The second night the same thing happened and then to make it worse the power was switched off and it was not load shedding.I went to go and check.The towels we got were wet.The TV only had porn on it and YouTube.It was an absolute nightmare. Myself and my partner would be better off camping.To make it all worse we came all the way from Cape Town.I would not recommend this...
