My wife and I spent a night here, on the occasion of our 31st wedding anniversary. ||The hotel is within the gated residential community of Steyn City, which in and of itself is a reason to stay. Gaining access to Steyn City using the QR code sent by the hotel, we easily located the hotel and parked underground beneath it using the code provided to access the parking.||Exiting the lift we arrived at the hotel reception to a warm and friendly welcome. Check in took a matter of minutes and we were escorted to our second floor room. (my guess would be probably 5 or 6 floors). On enquiry I was told that there were a total of 50 rooms and that the hotel had opened in November 2024. ||Our room consisted of a bedroom, bathroom, lounge area and kitchen area, spacious and all well-equipped. There was a balcony with a view on to a court yard and apartments directly across. No noise, a sense of calm and security.||There is a choice of more than one restaurant, a two minute walk from reception. We chose to eat at Cafe del Sol, nice ambience, good service and food. On returning to our room the hotel had kindly left some chocolates and snacks on a decorated plate to mark our anniversary, which was appreciated ||The following morning we went walking along trails within the estate, completely secure and safe, with the most wonderful assortment of indigenous tree planting, literally in the thousands. Our hotel access cards also allowed us access to the Steyn City Lagoon, basically one very, very, big swimming pool - google "Steyn City Lagoon" to appreciate how big.||Upon returning to the hotel we ate at the Guild restaurant, where the hotel breakfast is served. A la carte menu, chose the omelette, was excellent, as was the service.||Friendly quick check out. Impressed how everyone, without exception, greeted us. ||In summary, a superb hotel, clearly very well run and enhanced by the secure and impressive surroundings in which it is situated. Had a wonderful stay, we will...

The rooms are beautiful and stylish and it has all the looks, feels and smells of a 5 star hotel! We were spoilt with a hand written welcome card and snacks. Steyn City has a variety of activities suitable for the entire family, but I have to say that the 300meter swimming pool with slides and paddle boats were our favorites. Upon returning from our daily activities we received turn down service, with ready beds, gowns, slippers and even a chocolate waiting. It is clear that this Hotel has a dedicated team with an eye for detail. Our stay was memorable and unforgettable and it would be an absolute treat to visit this...
