I love cafe del sol, tried this one is Steyn city for the first time and it did not disappoint. Staff were attentive and on the ball. The burrata salad starter was perfectly proportioned and really tasty. Paired with a glass of rose, this went down very well. My partner has a pizza which was Napoli style, and well cooked. He enjoyed it. I had the salmon pasta which had lovely flavour and was generous in portion size. Overall experie was fantastic and I will be back to experience more of the wonderful food and service. Note to book before going as you will need the confirmation before getting into Steyn city, they are strict.

I'm a big fan of the famiglia & their beautiful Botanico, so was super excited to try the new Steyn City. It is a relaxed, warm & cozy atmosphere. There are also private dining rooms for special occasions. The food is sublime: oxtail arranchini balls, "best fish I have ever tasted" said hubby of seabass special, chorizo risotto with added prawns - a super bowl of comfort! Was hoping for a new addition to the dessert menu, but the milktart panacotta & molten chocolate with pb icecream, as good as always. Big shout out to Warwyck, the host, attentive to each table & engaging -that was impressive. Congrats Lucy, Chiara & Ryan!

Amazing! The music playing was good for atmosphere and soft enough that you can hear each other. Every dish we ordered was incredibly tasty, and between five people we had nine different dishes so that is saying something. The gnocchi with Aurora sauce was so good it convinced us to buy their cookbook to try and make at home. 10/10 experience, would recommend and would love to visit again.

We like the place and visit itat least once a month. Atmosphere is great and it is warm place! But food is worse and worse. Today’s experience. Salmon was ordered as “medium” but it came as raw. After my request to bring me what I ordered I received a charcoal in an a puddle of oil… my wife had a sea bass. The taste was nice but why you need so much oil to cook the fish? The products are great and fresh but they are killed by the kitchen. Waiter forgot to order carpaccio, finally it came frozen. Will I recommend?- yes! Nice trattoria to get good pizza and pasta in...
