Brenton Park is a beautiful place, but it's residential, so you'll get the same vibe that you'll get in a predominantly white neighborhood,no vibe at all. It is best to use it as a base to explore the greater Knysna.Residents are of the older generation, so if you have children that are more 'fun loving', the situation can become contentious. For old people. The pool is far away from the chalets. The chalets is neat and tidy, but not well equipped. WE had geckos and mice in the chalet. It was so warm, but there were no fan as all the fans were in use. But on the website it says one fan per chalet. There is also no radio although they advertise it as such.
