Good service delivery, good breakfast is there.

I'm very impressed, I'm very pleased, I'm very excited by this lodge. The view of the mountains is so good and it's clear enough to see the mountains from Fraaiuitsig Lodge.

Now the combination of colours to match each other is just the right way of doing it as they have done it. The lights in the room, it's so perfect, I love good lighting in the room. They got it right again.

I love the levels of clean toilets and the levels clean bathrooms plus, it's so so much of high standards indeed. It's very encouraging to stay in such a place.

The location is in a very peaceful suburb, upmarket area of Kokstad. There are a very many restaurants and shops and schools and pharmacies all within 5km radius distance from Fraaiuitsig Lodge plus Mt Currie One Stop which is a major stopping point for a very many travellers is also 5.3km away...

Pity there is for service not a 0 or minus rating as very unprofessional handling my booking. Going away AND not answering the phone! Booked & paid about 9am by one of the platforms, arrived about 15h30. As travelling by motorbike in 12°C I was frozen to the bones and looking forward to a hot shower and a warm bed, also to a warm meal I just bought in town. I tried for 1 hour ringing and doorbell, but nothing. Meantime my food was cold! Luckily the Guesthouse behind is connected AND had a free room. In the evening finally my call was returned, but still a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL behaviour the whole situation. I would choose another BnB next time in Kokstad. The room was good, but the rest was iffy. The dining area is scrappy and very mediocre-nothing attractive about it, with the owners office attached. When we arrived there was nobody there to receive us. There was a good reason but we nearly turned round and went elsewhere. It was touch and go as to whether I would get my small caravan through the gates and into the parking area. There appears to be no real security in the car parking area which remains open to the road at night. Mostly though, the neighborhood is full of big barking dogs which bark all night. Difficult to...
