Lullaby Guesthouse — Hotel in Greater Tzaneen Local Municipality

This accommodation is actually a house detached from the owners home on the same premises. It boasts 3 rooms and is ideal for family getaways. We were a party of 7 and took all three rooms. An extra bed was placed into the biggest room for one of the children at no extra cost. This is a fairly new establishment and it did have a few unfinished flaws. These however did not detract from the overall experience which was almost a home away from home. Francis the owner was super accommodating and even setup a kitchenet for us in the currently unused boardroom. The rooms and linen were clean and if we had any questions or queries Francis was happy to assist us to makes us as comfortable as possible. This place doesn't deserve any stars actually it needs health inspectors. I have never experienced such a horrible B&B. Lullaby needs to close down and do serious renovations. The pictures online is the total opposite of the place, no visible signage you get lost looking for that place. There's broken chairs everywhere maybe they were aiming for 1 to 2 hours kind of service. The bathrooms are horrible and they don't have aback up plan for loadshedding. If there's loadshedding there's no water which means you can't shower or use the toilet. The basins, blinds, headboards are broken the toilet has rust inside nothing. Nothing hygienic about that place....

Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, very clean, wonderful hospitality... Need I say more! I stayed at the guesthouse for two nights and on both nights, my stay was pleasant and received great service from the owner right from enquiring about the guesthouse, reservations, checking in and out. The rooms are well sized. It is situated minutes away from the center and restaurants in a peaceful and safe suburb. A beautiful guesthouse in a beautiful area with beautiful service.
