Gracelands Beach Lodge — Hotel in Hibiscus Coast Local Municipality

Truth is.. the place has a beautiful location, a stone's throw away from the beach, a few minutes away from the town and under 2kms from the freeway. Such friendly staff and a sprawling well maintained grounds. The problem was my room, unfortunately it was really a bit shabby. It was damp and the walls looked like they were half painted, the fridge was rusty and old, the beds, though made up, weren't done very well. The redeeming factor to this venue was that the breakfast was REALLY good and the staff were so friendly and warm. IMHO this is more a 2.5 star rating.. We spent the weekend there for our wedding. Although it was a raining weekend and we couldn't have our wedding on the beach as planned it was still magical and Chantal went out of her way to assist us.||||This is not a normal bed and breakfast where you can order food. They supply cooldrink and tea / coffee the rest of time you need to bring your own food or eat out, which is not a problem at all.||||Place is absolutely beautiful just needs a little work on it. Home away from home.. What a nice place, very friendly staff, good food, nice views, clean rooms, comfortable beds and of course just few meters from the beach. We were 3 couples with 7 kids, everyone enjoyed his/her stay there. Definitely will recommend to people. Grace, keep up the good work and your friendly staff, will come back...
