On Enslin Selfcatering — Hotel in Inxuba Yethemba Local Municipality

Booked a room for work for two technicians. 18 days. They stayed there for a few days and due to issues on site, our guys had to return to Gqeberha and we arranged that they return the next week to continue their stay and work. Due to more setbacks we asked that the dates be moved again. I followed up via mail and then later via telephone as no response was received and Karen said she'll mail me shortly. In her mail she insinuated that we're canceling and that she cannot refund us. I never mentioned canceling. My (very nice) manager decided to call her to ask if there's no way we can move dates as we don't want to cancel and she asked him rudely why he is calling her instead of mailing and if he wants to fight. She told him it's her policy and she's not refunding us. Once again, we never asked for a refund, just to move dates. We understand her policy (despite the fact that we never canceled) and that she's losing out on income for the initial nights the guys were to stay there. We however do not understand why she had to be rude and asked if my manager wants to fight. From the start she's been avoidant on the phone and asks to communicate via mail, so I hope it's just a case of miscommunication but it doesn't justify the way she addressed my manager though. It's a beautiful place, but the telephonic conversation was an unpleasant experience and not very professional...

An absolutely perfect experience. We made a mistake with travel bookings for the Karoo Winter Wool Festival, and needed one extra night in town, and by chance the last room available was at On Enslin. I just wish we could have stayed there for the duration of the show. Annabel and her team have achieved almost perfect hospitality. Onenslin accommodation is beautiful place in the heart of Middelburg, Eastern Cape. Karen the owner of the place had a place ready for us in no time after some car troubles. Their hospitality is the best I have ever experienced as well as their friendliness. The rooms are amazing and everything is clean and neat. From now on every vacation Onenslin accommodation is our halfway stop to Port Elizabeth. I will recommend it...
