Imimangaliso Guest House — Hotel in King Sabata Dalindyebo Local Municipality

Had the worst experience. My aunt booked for us for 2 nights as we were attending a funeral in uMtata. Firstly we get there on the first night and we had to wait for a long time to be let in the property. We get in...its nothing like a B&B. The kitchen is dirty, our room is small, stuffy and very hot!!!! To our shock the Bathroom and toilet are communal; we didn't feel safe as women who didn't know the other guests having, having to leave our room in night wear to use the toilet and to shower. There were also flies and cockroaches to fight with through the night. Fitted sheets on the bed were not fitting, there wasn't any mattress cover, the duvet set was not white therefore was difficult to gauge the cleanliness of it, so we opted to sleep on top of the duvet. Despite booking for 2 we only had one guest towel. There isn't a front desk so we couldn't complain to anyone at night or early morning. First thing in the morning we packed our bags and found alternative accommodation as we didn't feel safe nor comfortable at this establishment, this is despite us having paid for 2 nights. I would never recommend this...

There's a commune toilet and shower. I got the room inside the house where the family stays and it was a bit uncomfortable for me. The room was nice and clean though and AHH white sheets 😁😁 It's in a safe area so if you're driving your car...

Poor visual of guest house. No notice boards and anything that its a business. Looks like a residentual area. Poor maintenance inside the bathrooms. Place is very clean. No staff at 8:00 am still...
