The reception was the first indicator You phone someone that sounds like she would rather do something else;keys are thrust in your hand with no comments on anything.

We got the worst room from a size and location perspective. Not large enough to swing a cat in. Only one bedside table for 2 people that was so low you had to sit up on the bed to reach it. No clothes cupboard or cabinet. Room adjoined a kitchen and the outside patio.Guests were literally sitting smoking and talking right by the only window that was at the bed. Staff started cleaning the pool at 5:45 am on a Sunday. Proceeded to clean kitchen and lay all tables at 6:15 am. It was actual hell.

This gem of a bed and breakfast is perfectly situated in close proximity to Salt Rock beach, with beautiful, clean and well maintained beaches. ||The Villa Roc itself is neat, clean, secure aand very well run. The owner, Heidi is absolutely amazing and friendly. She made us feel right at home and went to great lengths to ensure that we enjoyed our stay.||If you're ever in the area and looking for a home away from home experience then Villa Roc is it. Villa Roc is in a perfect location. Granny's tidal pool and beach close by. As well as Checkers and other shops. Jane, Paula, Romeo and Pauline ensured that we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. The Guesthouse is beautifully decorated and we had all that we needed. Easy self catering, washing line for wet costumes and towels, wifi, dstv, washing machine as well as clean and comfortable. Outdoor area with lovely pool was relaxing, quiet and homely. Safe parking for our vehicle inside the property. Overall 10 out of 10 from the Wainwrights, would definately book again and highly recommend this place....
