From the moment I set feet @this venue, I knew I had made the rite choice,the calmeness & friendly smile from the lady @ reception.What is worse I had made booking for a wrong date but she assisted me with professionalism and understanding, I felt like La Luxe is my home away from home . I went for lunch with my wife and child between 1 and 2. my wife went a bit earlier so she can order the food so long as we are aware that it can occasionally take longer, well needless to say after an hour the food only came and I had to go back to work before even eating. Very lovely place. Our initial room had connectivity issues so they moved us to another room with no issues. Check in & out process very quick. The bathroom had some dust on the floor though, if housekeeping can pay more attention to that because both rooms that we booked had a similar issue.
