Business trip. We sent a team to do some work in Hazyview and needed a place to sleep for the full week.

Our guys were not there majority of the time due to the working hours, but they did complain about the cleanliness of their rooms not being up to par.

The booking process also turned sour, we were told that if we book for 5 nights, the 5th night would be free. Unfortunately our rooms were booked out to other guests on the 5th day and we were instructed to check out.

When I enquired about the issue, it was stated that only 4 nights were booked, even though we needed the full week (and the 5th night was supposed to be free).

It was shown on the image that I requested to add the 5th night to the invoice.

Poor communication, and lack of attention to detail resulted in us having to pay extra for alternative accommodation, this was an unforeseen expense than what was originally...

To the owner, this is a free country and every individual is entitled to a speech of freedom. Do not ever tell me to refrain from writing any reviews about how you poorly run your business. I still say the place is a jungle with frogs and snails all over wort part leaking rooms when it rains. Yes we made a late booking and we are entitled to get the best service just like everybody else or you should have not accepted our booking. The music was not loud hence we played music as you also sold alcohol under level 3 lockdown. Focus on fixing that place rather than responding to my reviews.
