Pelican's Nest Holiday Home in St Lucia is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a beautifully decorated, spacious, and immaculately clean home that truly felt like a sanctuary. The house is thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need – from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms and modern bathrooms.

The outdoor area is a dream – a sparkling pool, a serene garden filled with birdsong, and a lovely patio perfect for relaxing or enjoying a braai with family and friends. The location is ideal too: quiet, yet just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops.

What truly sets Pelican's Nest apart is the warm hospitality of the hosts. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, offering helpful local tips and making us feel genuinely cared for. The daily housekeeping and solar power were fantastic touches that added to the comfort and convenience.

We spent 27 days traveling through South Africa, staying at 14 different places along the way. Of them all, The Pelican Nest was by far the most surprising and breathtaking place we stayed—truly a hidden gem that stood out above the (r)(n)est.

We stayed at Pelicans Nest over the festive season. It had everything we needed for a family holiday including a play gym and a lovely little pool. It was fully air conditioned which helped with the heat. St Lucia is really small so you could pick any of the streets and the location would be fine. The house manager Bianca was really helpful. House was kept clean and a daily cleaning service provided. There was ample information about where to go and what to do in and around the area. Great location with easy access, within walking distance, to most ammenities. The fascility itself is spacious with a well-kept garden, large patio and splash pool. It also offers 2 garages, 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, lounge and dining room. The tarif for renting is expensive and cannot be justified by the outdated finishings, e. g. bath taps, ceiling fans, light fixtures and decor.
