I recently had the pleasure of staying at the new Bali Guest House, and I cannot express how wonderful my experience was. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. Fathima, the heart and soul of this lovely establishment, took exceptional care of me throughout my stay. Her attention to detail and genuine kindness truly set the tone for my visit. The housekeeping services provided by Sis Philile were impeccable. The cleanliness and hygiene standards maintained in the guest house were remarkable, making me feel completely at ease. Every corner of the property gleamed with care, and I appreciated the effort put into ensuring a pristine environment. I also want to highlight the young lady at the reception, whose friendly demeanor made check-in a breeze. She was always ready to assist with a smile, providing helpful recommendations and ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible. The breakfasts served each morning were a delightful experience. Oh I loved their cheese and tomatoes toast 🥰🥰 Overall, my stay at the New Bali Guest House was nothing short of exceptional. Our stay was just perfect in this tastfully run upmarket bed and breakfast. The suite was luxuriously comfortable and very stylish. What sfruck us from the outset was the vibrant colours in and around the property ... a feast for the eyes! Attention to detail was what set Newbali apart from all the rest. The bathroom more than met all our needs ... the shower was enormous! We were impressed by the varieties of tea on offer, plus coffee and fresh milk in our fridge, and all the accoutrements associated with such. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast overlooking the pool ... the portion sizes were very generous and there was a fantastic choice of fruit juices, yoghurts, fresh fruit, preserves and, of course, that delicious cooked breakfast! We’ve stayed at Fatima’s twice now- and I cannot recommend her place enough. As a host, Fatima goes beyond what is necessary to ensure that her guests are taken care off. We had stayed the night after my Father in laws funeral, and got to the guest house very late at night- Fatima stayed up to give us our keys, had taken the care to have our electric blankets in the room switched on prior to our arrival and welcomed us with a heart warming note that she had placed a donation in the name of my father in law for his eternal reward- she is a rare breed of kind hearted souls.
