Homebase Kruger — Hotel in Nkomazi

This is a lovely place. In the Marloth Park, close to Kruger NP. Ian and Lydia are friendly and professional. The food is hearty and filling (see pictures).

The rooms are clean and comfy. Great Aircon which is whisper quiet and functional. Large bed.

This is not a 5 star olace with an infinity pool and a butler, but if you want that you can probably find it elsewhere.

I booked this via a package operator including game drives and transfers. Next time I will takk to Ian directly and het him to organize a transfer from Joburg airport and use his buddy Jacub for game drives. For me the optimal stay will be three days, first and third day full day game drives with Jacub (12h/day) and rest day in...

So the manager/owner has no respect for his customers He had the nerve to tell us that the money he gets from us is not as good as the international guests Any money from a client should be valued how dare you tell me that my money is not good enough He could do with some training Worst of all the service is the worst no extra blankets in the room no extra tissue Window does not latch, door comes out of the rail I mean you name it, plugs are falling apart. While a lovely venue, the cost stated daily servicing. We were there for 6 days and booked 4 rooms, including the family room with kitchen. Not once were bath towels changed, rooms serviced or cleaned. The kitchen cupboard contained foods from previous visitors... Yes, communial areas were serviced but the booking should specify that rooms are not serviced or towels changed. Overall a pricey stay. Ps.
