La Fiance Village — Hotel in Polokwane Local Municipality

The owner is rude ..arrogant and unhuman....i wish i can warn many citizen about this place....it is not safe at all .....water is dirty from shower and zincs.... Windows are not properly closed....spiders a over the wall.....toilets windows are also nt well next door is a scrap yard and when u in bathroom they can see through. The qoutation and terms and conditons are not making sense ...this owner is a crook that cant run business ....i dont reccomend this rubbish place to any1 ..the name sound nice and cool but just book...

The R250.00 room is a complete disaster. Brown linen, not sure if it is clean or not Torn pillow cases Dirty floor No aircon, mosquitoes singing on arrival to welcome me Rockhard pillows and uncomfortable bed Chipboard top table, no tablecloth with black plastic chairs. The owner not prepared to upgrade the room as he said it is worth the price and could not even do something and said it is after hours the staff is off. Don't book this room online especially as there is no refund. I didn't sleep there n they refused to give me...

The rooms are average, not bad but the cockroaches that were having a party up in this place?! 😭😭😭😭 Our bathroom light wasn't working so we had to take the living room one to replace it. MAINTENANCE IS BELOW PAR. The guys manning the gate took their time everytime we went out and had to hoot a few times before they opened - BHOD.

What I'll give them is their location - close to taxi ranks, a garage, and Spar City Centre so that was convenient when we had to get our supplies. And...
