Great location with good stores except 5he fact that as a customer of the stores located inside would make you feel like some of your rights are being violated and that you're expected to commit theft because of the many parcel counters they have. If you don't put your bag (e.g laptop bag) at their parcel counters or enter shops that don't have parcel counters, you'll be searched before exiting... this kind of stuff makes us feel like we're some kind of threat. Stores like studio88, webbers, mrprice, clicks, total sports, and others I forgot to mention make us feel like we're criminals and it's wrong. Why don't they all have those sensors at their entrances if they feel less secure about their customers?? The way shops at the "mall of the north" are managed according to its location feels like racism is being practiced at...

I haven't been here in so long and there are a lot of massive and necessary changes. The stores are bigger and better, and somewhat, the mall looks cleaner. I haven't used the bathrooms so I don't know if there are any changes in that department. Otherwise, we know it's always packed but that's only because of its close proximity to local taxi ranks so it works for most people.
