KFC Polokwane (Market Street) — Restaurant in Polokwane Local Municipality

On Womens day i went to KFC to get lunch for my kids yoo ,I placed an order it was fine but getting the order was not nice at all.i waited for over 40 minutes for my order and it was never called ,i went to the lady calling out order i tried to tell her that my order is no longer on the list and ive been waiting for so long for it to be called and she said she will look for it but continue taking out orders.then after bo malike 10 minutes i then decide to go ask for refund because i wasnt getting my order but before i cound get to where i place my order, she said let me see your slip as i gave it to her, she said no i`ve been calling out your order its order number 140 then i said no my slip is written order number 146 not 140 that why i did nt come when you where calling 140.she then turned i spoke to the lady behing you must write correct order numbers and the lady turned back and asked if im ok and i said no ,she then laughed and looked back.they did nt even bother to apologise they just gave me my order and left it at that. what kind of custmer service is that.you need to improve...

Today the 17th of March 2025, at KFC POLOKWANE Market Street, we customers struggled to use the toilet/restroom as they were locked. We are told there's no water in both toilets by a female employee. As I went upstairs to my table to eat, I find out there's water literally coming out the sink which I used to wash my hands. Why are KFC POLOKWANE MARKET STREET employees locking toilets against customers? Are they lazy to clean toilets? A male employee at the till didn't even greet me, ask what I am looking for, ask which extras do I want; he didn't even ask for a R2 donation as it's expected from KFC employees.

Another incident happened last year when I came to KFC POLOKWANE Market Street last year and found KFC verbally fighting each other whilst waiting for food at the drive through.

Employees at KFC POLOKWANE Market Street have poor training, poor attitude and poor customer...

I made a 21 piece telephone order at 15:37 today and gave address. I was told I will pay R35 delivery and told them that they can bring EFT. I waited until now when I decide to go to the store to check what's happening, only to be told they tried calling me before they delivered and my phone was off. But I complained why did they want the address for because that my house address. I am not happy because I had to get to Tzaneen but waited for almost 3 hours for my order since it was the only way to order as Mr D was showing offline...
