Plein On Suid Guest House — Hotel in Polokwane Local Municipality

I called the guest house before booking it to ask if they have air-cons and if they are in a working condition they lied by saying yes, they have fans in the rooms, the mananger even lied on the day we checked in saying she will ask Mike( a worker there) to give us the remote control for the air- con of which it never happend instead we were asked to use the fan provided for us in the room, they have the air-con unit in the room but not functional. I had to ask for a 2nd bath towel, I was given a torn one and the next day after the room was cleaned they left one towel again when I asked for another one I was told towels are soaked to be washed at a later stage. My husband & I went to buy bath towels seeing that we were going to be there for 4days, over the days they kept leaving one towel for us.Mike was kind and understanding , I feel sorry for him because he is doing everything from checking in guests to dealing with the gate whilst Miss manager is busy laughing watching videos on her phone.
