Miami Lodge — Hotel in Polokwane Local Municipality

Breakfast was sub-par and unappetising, with no vegetarian option. Rooms are not welcoming at all, no information on the workings of the establishment or contact details for any assistance. When we checked out, I forgot a toiletry bag which was not reported or returned to me. I had to chase THEM to inquire about it, and still no bag or feedback... staff and service definitely needs retooling...

This facility need to invest on its staff training on how to receive clients. Furthermore they must continously maintain the place. Paintwork is terrible. Some of the rooms are just too small. And please take away cell phones from cleaning personnel. They spend more time chatting then...
