Absolutely terrible service. We visit this restaurant regularly during our lunch, where we usually receive average service, except for the white female waiter, who always has comments about our orders. For instance, my friend ordered a Sprite Zero this one time, and she had the audacity to say that it's a boring order. Today, we phoned in at 12:30 to order food so long for take-away because we only have an hour lunch between 13:00 and 14:00. When we arrived there the food wasn't ready and we asked her what's going on. Her comment: "we are slow. You won't even get a glass of water here under 10 minutes" - I don't know, but I don't think this is what you should say to customers when they complain about service. I won't even order a glass of water here again. I would rather go somewhere better where I get proper service for the price I pay. This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star...

The breakfasts aren’t … I don’t know. This egg benedict is sitting on a slice of bread and my bread got soggy because that’s not how an egg benedict should be. Where’s the English muffin to absorb all this moisture? I was eating mush. I’m a little disappointed. I wanted to wash it down with some warm water and lemon but they literally charge you R15 for a cup of boiled tap water. Mug sizes and don’t match the prices. It’s just a complete no for me. Maybe they have better lunch experiences but I will not stick around to find out. There was also a customer changing her child’s nappy on the table, and they allowed it. People eat off these tables.
