Shocking!!!! I booked a mothers day breakfast, we got there the waiter was super slow and illiterate, took him 15 mins to ''make'' our coffee and hot chocolate for the kids. The coffee was some sort of sachet and was not mixed properly. We had to ask for menus? By the time the other coffees had come we decided we were going to rather leave we could see this service going no where and the waiter just not interested. My husband walked in to the restaurant area to try find a manager and another couple sitting there were also saying they have not been served. This is unacceptable!! (He never did find a waiter and when we asked Seun Boetie the waiters apparent name, he just looked at us blankly) I have been there a few times before and it has been lovely. Dear Hole in One Boutique Hotel, thank you for your hospitality, this husband and wife run Boutique Hotel went above and beyond all expectations. Even to the extent that they packed us a take away breakfast sandwich with fruit, water and juice because we were leaving at 5am to drive back to Dbn. They have a restaurant and bar on the property. My husband and I both had steak, chips and seasonal vegetables for dinner. The portions sizes were big and cooked to perfection. The room was beautiful and the bed was extremely comfortable. Great place. Staff here are amazing, every one of them. They take the time to welcome and talk to you like a person.

The room was terrific. Clean, well sized, reasonable security, everything working as should. Lots of pillows which isn’t my thing but rumor has it people like it.

Bar open until 10 when I was there. Well stocked, extremely good atmosphere. Honestly the attitude of the staff there impressed me the most. As a lone traveler, a proper bar for conversation is essential and having one on premise, with impeccable staff is a rare treasure.

Breakfast in the morning was a full English and a lot of coffee. Kitchen is very clean and food was quite good.
