This is an absolute must-stay when visiting Franschhoek (and/or Stellenbosch)! We stayed here for 2 nights with our 9m old son. The hotel is located only 2 or 3 min (by car) from Franschhoek city centre. You enter a beautiful estate, with a long green driveway. First thing we noticed was the garden: beautifully maintained and full of flowers. We slept in one of the rooms in the front of the house - the rooms were spacious, clean, and well decorated. Our son slept great as the shutters prevented day light from coming in. The host is very friendly and guest oriented: we arrived 2 hrs earlier from Hermanus and could check in instantly without any problem. Overall I think the pictures do not do enough justice to the beauty of this place. If you are considering staying in Franschhoek look no further, you won't regret it.

Amazing house and garden with a lot of history. There are only a few rooms so it makes the experience very personal and intimate. Multiple places in the garden to relax and a nice outdoor pool. The hospitality by the host ( Corna) added to a great experience. When visiting Franschhoek, this should be the first place to see whether there is still availability. We stayed in May ( so autumn) when the house can be a bit chilly. I would love to come back in spring or summer with long days and seeing the garden in full blossom

The room, house, and property were all absolutely gorgeous, this is a really special place with a great location in Franschhoek. Very romantic. The staff was thoughtful and kind and there are great amenities. Breakfast was fantastic. My only issue is I wish I had stayed longer!!! :) But I'll definitely be back soon.
