The best experience I've had in GBAY YET... And all thanks to The best Villa Gordon's Bay has to offer! Despite having a small mishap with our extension cord and it sparked into smoke, we reported the incident immidiately... By the time the owner arrived, the smoke was still hovering in the room with the door and window open (meaning he was impressively damn fast to assist us!). A very polite and helpful gentleman came to the room and offered us a Luxury Suite to comfort our situation whilst he assisted in fixing the electrical issue. Although he finished fixing the issue in no time, he left the Luxury Suite in our favour for the night (As a DJ who has travelled most of RSA, I've never experienced such humble customer service).
The cleaners have beautiful manners, they work well and they do not take your belongings for themselves, they were very helpful when we needed to top up our coffee and sugar, we had no parking issues, no water issues and no other issues with electricals or with any of the other visitors, the rules were clear and easy to follow. And you literally NEED NOTHING BUT YOUR BAG OF CLOTHES for a perfect stay!
There is DSTV In all the rooms, towels, clean linen, pillows, fridge, kettle, cups and basic cutlery. The more you pay, the more you oviaasly get! But welllllll worth every penny!

Read moreWe could not even get to the part of booking this vacation properly because Hendry thought this could probably be a scam or he just had no level of business expertise to go ahead and block someone instead of saying you’re merely not able to accommodate the request of someone.
I received a travel voucher from my work and had to locate a quotation so the travel agency could pay my vacation.
Hendry blocks me from WhatsApp or calling him and when I managed to get through to him with another number, he acts as if he cannot hear what you’re saying but then drops the line and blocks the number.
I have no intent in wanting to scam you into anything lol, not even sure how that would be possible if you’re not providing any of your personal details.
This has been by far the worst experience of trying to book a vacation.

I could understand if i broke a rule or 2, by playing "loud" music off my cellphone and one of my next door neighbors complained. However that is no way to treat and speak to your guest despite her threatening me to have me leave she made me want to leave either wayy because of the way she spoke to me I don't think she would of spoke to anyone else like that if it was someone else.
