After spending the last 10 days in and around Seoul, we arrived at our next destination of the 2 Heaven Hotel in Busan. |Upon arriving at around 20:00, we was greeted by a older gentleman at the check in desk and was given our keys and pointed out the door to find the next building, and locate our room on the 9th floor with no real guidance. |The room was lovely, spacious and modern with a huge bathroom with large jacuzzi bath etc. |After grabbing a quick meal we intended to have a relaxing soak in the jacuzzi and get an early night after a long day of travelling. |My gf was surprised to find 2 small flannels and no bath towels, anywhere in the room. When she rang down to ask if they were stored somewhere she didn’t see, she was told “there was no more towels until tomorrow”...we both found this strange. |I am 6ft and almost 15 stone, a face flannel is little use for me, apart from drying my face!! |I then rang down to ask and the younger male on the desk and he was extremely patronising and rude and told me, there wasn’t any more until tomorrow and if I wanted more flannels, I need to come and take more from the desk. I told him, I had just got out of the shower and it is 1degree Celsius, and asked if he could ask someone to drop some off as it is in a different building......he put the phone down on me. |Nether the less, I put my robe on and went from the 9th floor down and across to the front desk. The male I dealt with, is by far the most obnoxious and rude person I have dealt with in customer service, never mind a hotel. |I asked him, if he thought this was satisfactory customer service, his response was, we have no customer service here. |When I said I have been in Seoul and other parts of Asia, he said go back there and refused to look away from playing his game on his phone. |When I asked him what time breakfast was (as we was never told on arrival) he ignored me and then got aggressive and swore. |On the way back to my room I saw a trolley, full of large bathroom towels. He obviously could not be bothered to fetch them to us. I took a video to show the management tomorrow, I will update with their response. |Me and my partner are very disappointed as the, thoroughly enjoyable evening meal and relax in the jacuzzi has ruined our first evening in Busan. Avoid this hotel, there are many more in this close vicinity and they all look as good if...

Read moreVery bad, don't go to that hotel, the only good thing is location, but in this area you can find many better hotels. Literally made my trip I was looking for worse. This hotel wasn't even booked by me, but by trip.com as my original hotel planned some fire drill, therefore when I was already travelling to Asia they let me know about that and suggested this hotel as an option, I was literally going to the airport and had no time so just agreed to book for me...but I think that if they are booking they should look at the the amenities I had in previous hotel as I was for example relying on lagguage storage but this hotel doesn't provide that, moreover the check in is really late in the evening so you have to go through so much husstle. This really complicated everything and stressed me out. However, this platform to begin with should have stopped offering this hotel as it has so many bad reviews which are true, like for example bugs or cockroaches or whatever it is, this is unacceptable for ANY hotel! I tried to deal with it at the reception, they said the hotel is full so cannot change the room so I asked at least for a bug spray. Then I was trying to deal with this platform to do something about it, the good thing is they are really quick in responding but in this case not with resolving the problem. I had booked 2 nights so I was asking for rebooking at least the second night to another hotel, but they were saying that the hotel refuses a refund and basically if I would want to change hotel I have to book it all over again and pay for it without any money back. Also they just offered me around 900 points worth like 9€ which is not even a half of the hotel's price for night, I mean I wanted a place where I can safely sleep and as this hotel wasn't my 1st option to go and not my fault I expected...
