Rooms were very nice and had all the amenities you would expect a hotel to have. I loved our shower had a window in it so you could see the ocean as you showered.

The beds were rock hard but that is normal in Korea. I loved the electric kettle so I could make sweet tea.

Our room was 170,000 a night but nothing extra was included, that sucked for that high of a price. To use the infinity pool was 40,000 a person...we didn't pay it. They had a water park that was also extra (and separate from the infinity pool charge), we didn't go there. I did use their bathhouse for 9,000 won (that was with a 50% discount for hotel guests) and that was worth it. They had huge windows (with privacy film of course) where you could relax, enjoy your bath, and watch the fireworks over the ocean at the same time...that was magical. I ended up staying for 4 hours (and probably would have stayed longer but they are closed from 1130pm to 3am for cleaning), just enjoying the different baths and the view.

The location was amazing, right in the middle of Gwangalli Beach. We loved walking to delicious restaurants and the beach. Our room had a balcony too, that was really nice.

I think it we were able to get a good discount on the room we would be back, but for that high of a price and none of the facilities included, it would be too much to go back again without a discount on at...

4/5 Stars: Relaxation Haven at Aqua Palace Sauna!

I recently unwound at Aqua Palace Sauna, and it was a rejuvenating experience!

Good Features

Prime Beachfront Location: Stunning ocean views. Pure Mineral Water: Deep underground source ensures exceptional quality. Comprehensive Facilities: 2 saunas, multiple hot/cold tubs on the men's side. 24/7 Operation: Flexibility for any schedule. Convenient Amenities: Bakery, cafe, and hotel amenities. If tourist you can use Busan Tourist pass here.

Areas for Improvement

Outdated Facilities: Renovation would elevate the experience. Missing Steam Room: Addition would enhance men's side amenities.

Verdict

Aqua Palace Sauna shines with its beachfront location, mineral water, and diverse facilities. While updates are needed, it remains a great relaxation spot. Due to a great location, i will visit again and again.

Recommendation

Perfect for those seeking ocean views, mineral water, and 24-hour access. Would be ideal with modernized facilities...

I did not really enjoy my stay here. The hotel purchased cheap beds which are very very hard. So no comfortable sleep, which is the main thing a hotel should focus on. The windows were not really sound proof and the beach gets noisy on the weekend. No place to put your big suitcase. The windows were dirty. The water in the shower drains very slowly, which floods the bathroom if you shower to long. The mirror is hanging to low for a 180 cm guy. The staff was not unfriendly, but its not like I would say they were friendly. They just were there, because its their job to be there. The previous guest left me a wet toilet paper role and there was no replacement in the room. Also there were paper balls stuck to the wall, which were not cleaned away. If you leave your room late, it wont get cleaned after, they just give you a bag with fresh towels. I gave 3 stars but its more like 2.2-2.5 and I will not book this hotel ever again. But it was nice beeing on the 19th floor and having a...

The only great thing about the hotel is the view and the location. As a foreigner tourist, I don't recommend going there, the staff service was cold and rude. They don't speak any English. They charge 20 000 Korean won to use the gym per person as it was never said anywhere in the booking site. The lady was pressuring us to pay now. The hotel is not a 4 star hotel in any way. The reception hall feels like a cold shopping mall. The only nice thing about the room is the view, the bed was not comfortable and the room is pretty in bad shape. This hotel needs some renovations the elevator was rusty. I recommend paying a little more and going elsewhere!
