MATIE Osiria — Hotel in Busan

★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing Stay, Would Not Recommend

Unfortunately, this hotel did not come close to meeting basic expectations, let alone justify the reasons for choosing it. Here's why:

Pool Overbooking: Despite booking specifically for the pool, I couldn't get my child a spot. We arrived at check-in, queued up as instructed, only to be told 150+ people were ahead and a spot was unlikely. No promised text for openings, and this negated the whole reason for choosing this hotel.

No Toiletries? Seriously? Forget complimentary toiletries; this place doesn't even have Q-tips. It's astonishing and inconvenient. At least they provide towels...

Worse, the room had no functional A/C. When we called the front desk, they were condescending, explaining A/C wasn't available outside of summer. The room was stiflingly hot, with temperatures rising and no screen on the window making it impossible to get fresh air due to an incoming rainstorm.

Loud "Phantom" Door Noises: The constant shaking of our door felt like someone was repeatedly entering. This added major discomfort to an already miserable situation.

Terrible Communication and Zero Resolution: My booking site couldn't even reach the hotel for two hours as we tried sorting this mess out. We finally gave up and drove three hours home, daughter devastated about the promised pool day. It's still a battle to get a refund while the hotel remains unresponsive.

This property has seriously deteriorated. Sadly, this hotel seems to have severely declined in quality and guest care since our previous visits. We will not...

With the amount of money you would pay, this hotel offers all the basic amenities. Here are some pros and cons my family experienced: Pros

1. Convenient location to everyday needs
2. Clean
3. Decent views of ocean
4. Kids pool
5. Kind staff

Cons

1. No smoking announcement at 8 pm every evening
2. okay breakfast buffet that is over priced compared to the quality
3. hard mattress and extremely high pillows
4. loud flushing noise of toilet that woke me up

마티에 오시리아 2박3일간 가족여행을 다녀왔습니다

오션뷰1007호 입니다

주차장 헷갈린다는 글 봤는데요 일단 오른쪽젤끝으로 살짝들어서면 마티에라는 팻말이 눈앞에 정면으로 보입니다 오른쪽으로 들어가서 또 오른쪽으로 그다음 왼쪽으로 라인따라 쭉들어가면 바로 주차장이구요

넓고 좋습니다

전기차 충전기 몇대됩니다

그리고 방이 두개라서 좋았어요

남편이 코 골아서 아들이 잠을 잘 못자는데 따로 자니깐 너무 좋았구요

바다뷰는 정말 좋았습니다

깨끗한것도 좋았고요 맥주와 오징어는 한번만 준다고 되어 있었지만 청소해달라고 부탁했더니 2박이라도 청소 되던데요

맥주와 오징어 주셨구요 물4개와 수건4개는 1박당 1회 추가 서비스 가능했어요

티브아래에 있는 테블릿피씨같은것이 있는데 그걸 통해서 저는 물은 추가 2회 시켜서 총 12병과 청소하러 오시면서 2병 14병 그리고 수건은 추가로 1회 신청했습니다

로봇이 가져다 주는데 정말 신기했어요

가격은 63만원인데 얼리버리 인지 뭔지 할인해준다고 해서 트립으로 57만원 조금 넘게 준거 같아요

아들도 매우만족 남편도 매우만족 저도 매우만족했습니다

즐겁고 행복한 여행 가족여행으로 아주 훌륭한 마티에 오시리아였습니다

루지와 짚라인 그리고 용궁사 아홉산숲 구경하고 진영 꿈이 있는 교회에서 예배드리고 진영여동생 집에 들러서 얘기 나누고 그리고 1박은 남동생이 주식으로 돈을 벌었다고 그걸로 아파트를 사서 집들이를 한다고 하길래 동생집에서 하루밤을 그기서 잤습니다

살다가 살다가 주식으로 돈을 잃은 사람은 많이 봤는데 돈을 벌었다는 사람은 한사람은 아들을 통해 들었고 남동생은 내가 본 사람중에 유일한 사람이네요

글쎄 몇억을 벌었다는데 정확하게 몇억인지는 모릅니다

그러나 아파트를 융자 하나 없이 샀다고 하네요 ㅎ ㅎ

한사람 아들회사에 친구의 친구회사 부장님 6억으로 60억일때에 팔고 바로 퇴사했다고 들었네요

주식에 대해서 주자도 모르는 나는 내일 주식통장을 개설할예정입니다 ㅎㅎ

동생가족이랑 맛있는거 사먹고 잘놀고 그리고 새벽1시경에 도착했고 오늘 피곤해서 하루쉽니다
