Mungyeong Myeongpum Hotel Geonilla — Hotel in Mungyeong-si

The room is modern and pretty well equipped but I'm not too sure about cleanliness because there was still hair in the shower drain on the floor, I had a spider in the bathtube and there wasn't any toilet paper at all in the room... The problem is that it's an unnamed establishment which means you enter with a code but if there is an issue with the room you have nobody to talk to! The decoration of the room is a little bit "too much/kitsch" but all in all ok. The TV is big but no Netflix and it didn't seem possible to mirror my phone on it.The hotel is a bit of the main area of the town so there's not many people around. And the arrival is a bit weird as you need to park in a specific enclosed spot just for your room number and there you had a staircase that goes to your room. It's a bit confusing when you arrive there and again, nobody to really help. Not a good place to stay if you have a disability or very heavy luggage as the only access to the room is through that pretty steep and narrow staircase.No common room or place with a microwave so you...

Great value motel, particularly if you are cycling the 4 Rivers Path. Good communication with the hotel to arrange access to the room, and secure storage fir our cycles...

我們是3名平均年齡達70歲的長者，從仁川騎自行車到釜山，跨過最高點梨花嶺之後，我們每人訂了一間房間好好休息。可是到達酒店後沒有前台服務，不得其門而入。祇能用whatsapp與客戶服務聯絡，還好客服回應迅速及指示準確，好快就可以入住房間休息。 我不會推薦沒有前台服務的酒店給一般的旅客。 後來得知客戶服務叫Dian，她是酒店唯一懂英語的員工，因此我們可與她用英語溝通。 因我們不懂韓語沒法聯絡下一天民宿要求加床墊，當我們請她協助我們聯絡民宿主人時，他一口應承並迅速幫我們聯絡了民宿主人，解決了我們的困擾，她樂於助人的態度，值得極度讚許...
