The guesthouse is difficult to find as there is no English name on the building. The room is big although a bit outdated. There is a also a kitchenette and a balcony although note that the balcony gets very hot when the air conditioner is turned on as the air conditioning unit is on the balcony. The staff cannot speak any English but was helpful in pointing out to us a nearby street where we could take nice photos of Seongsan. There were no bath towels in the room, we had to ask for them. I think these are Korean things: (1) the size of the bath towels are western standard hand towels; and (2) the floor of the whole bathroom gets wet after the shower has been used as there is no separation between the shower area and the loo. Read moreWe stayed here for only 1 night and the host was very hospitable. She didn't speak much english but did try to communicate as best as she can with the sights near the pension. She also runs the bbq restaurant on the 1st floor which was delicious and tastier than the other black bbq restaurants we had tried in Jeju.||||The rooms were a little older but had all the amenities we neeed (bed, full shower, AC) and even had bedrolls if you wanted to sleep on the floor. The room is complete with kichenette (with cooking utensils), rice cooker, fridge, washing machine. Room was clean and comfortable bed. Adequate parking space around the place.
The lady owner is very nice and friendly, giving suggestions on several sightseeing places nearby by showing pictures in her phone :)
