We are regularly traveling all over the world and have been in Hilton over 500+ times but never ever seen some rules that we saw here and really disappointed ones. We paid for ViP executive charges which was really high and when we got to the lounge at 7:01 pm they said it’s closed and we can’t get anything.
The next day we came at 6;00 pm to get something and I got couple of chicken wings the lady came and told me that there are 2 schedule time and I can’t get anything until 6:40 when the second schedule starts.
We went to the swimming pool to swim they told us to buy a cap before we swim that I have never heard.
I was trying to watch YouTube and couldn’t then I had to come to the lobby and ask for HDMI cable and connect my phone to the tv to watch YouTube. I told them it’s 2025 and I can’t believe that a 5 star hotel which charges $400-$500 a night doesn’t even have a smart tv in their room. We didn’t even know if those TV even existed now.
So basically we wasted $1000’s of dollars and didn’t even use $1 of that. I don’t recommend this hotel at all. I don’t know why the name is Hilton but the quality and services like a two...
Read moreWe stayed at the residence side and I must say it is one of the best, if not the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in on all of our travels. Very spacious, clean and NEW!!!All the staff members were very attentive, especially the manager for the WiFi support was courteous and responsive. I would highly recommend this hotel for quality, service and value for the money. Having the 24-hr CU (mini mart) in the 1st floor of the hotel was very convenient.Special shout out to our housekeeping staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.Just few minor suggestions to the hotel management:1. Don’t need a calendar, but do need clocks in the living room and the bedroom.2. Need a trash can in the kitchen/dining table area.3. Would be good to have a small dish rack, since guests are required to do the dishes 4. The sliding door from the master bedroom to the showers flaps around when closed if the heater or air is on. Needs to somehow stabilize it, it doesn’t make noise trying to sleep. With just few minor improvements it would be a “perfect”...
Read moreMy wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during her first visit to Korea, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to make the trip special. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel genuinely welcomed. The warm greetings, swift check-in, and thoughtful attention to detail set the tone for an unforgettable stay.
The staff made a special effort to welcome my wife, knowing it was her first time in Korea. They took time to share local recommendations, explain cultural nuances, and even offered a personalized welcome gift, which left her incredibly touched. Every interaction, whether at the front desk, concierge, or restaurant, was infused with warmth and a desire to make us feel at home.
The hospitality here extended beyond just services—it felt like a personal connection. The staff’s kindness and attentiveness truly elevated our experience, making my wife’s introduction to Korea one she’ll cherish forever. We will definitely be returning to this hotel on our...
