H Avenue Hotel Dongdaemun SungShin — Hotel in Seoul

他們的房價之所以這麼便宜是因為這間根本不是酒店，這個旅程讓我非常之不愉快從沒有看過這麼骯髒以及無賴的酒店。||This hotel was really really bad, can’t accepted!!! There’re room rate almost cheaper because there’re not a hotel. I’m travelling there during the overnight fight so around 07:00am already arrive this hotel, when me and friend go in the lobby one of the reception clerk already use his bed English to say “no no no check in is 19:00pm” I’m was shock(actually I’m just want to registration first after leave our baggage at the hotel even the men not saying that),off course I’m telling the clerk we will return at 15:00 as this is the official check time.||So after around 16:00-17:00pm we go back to hotel want to pickup our room key, one of the woman which’s another shift duty staff say that we need to come back at 19:00pm as this is there’re official check in time, I’m shock again(off course no way, I ask them give me the room now), finally they give it to me but we need to room change tomorrow because we requested same floor(okay not a problem to me)||Then on room change that day we leave our baggage at the hotel lobby and we go out at the morning time one of the staff telling me come back in the afternoon around 15:00pm to pick up my room key but when we come back at the hotel is already 23:00pm and at that moment only one staff on duty and he telling me one of the room is still not ready will still need to wait around 15 minutes, I’m was very very angry and I asked the staff to call his manager and to talk to me, he said he is the manager right now, but he didn’t do anything even I’m complain at that moment. So if you guys want to book this hotel because there’re room rate was cheap then go-ahead but if you can’t accept like me this case please don’t book it and don’t waste your money because this hotel is very very bad, not just with this problem also there’re room was very dirty, because they’re bed sheets almost have some stain and I can find a lens on the floor , that is not...

One of this hotel's staff ruined my entire lovely trip by the bad way he treats people You are a receptionist ...so be a good one.. nothing else.. don't talk like a boss He acts like the foreigners are idiots because they don't understand Korean!! It was a lovely two weeks trip in Korea except for this worst hotel policy of late check-in You make a reservation for one night and you can't check in...

Я очень рада, что наконец приехала в Сеул. Я прилетела с мамой в Сеул около 23:30 по их времени, у нас был заказан трансфер, но нам не понравилось, что он был очень дорогой. Мы приехали в отель H Avenue к 00:00. Мы общались с людьми (их было двое) за стойкой регистрации по переводчику, они любезно согласились заселить нас в наш номер(он был заказан). Нам очень понравилось обслуживание, мы с мамой целыми днями ходили по городу, и приходили в отель около 02:00 по их времени. Когда мы приходили в номер, всегда уже было убрано и застелено новое постельное белье. Завтрак был включен, поэтому мы каждое утро завтракали с мамой кофем и тостами. Не понравилось лично мне, что в кофемашине были не все виды кофе. Метро находится в 200 метрах от отеля, кафе и банк в 300 метрах. Также возле отеля был большой рынок, мы многое там приобрели; магазин сувениров, дворцы и ворота недалеко. Поэтому я считаю, что местонахождение отеля очень удобно. Я рекомендую именно отель H Avenue...
