My family and I went for a 2 weeks trip and during that time we stayed 3 times (we're travelling to different cities so we stayed in different hotels for a few days before coming back here again for another stay). We got a free upgrade for our room in our first stay, which left a great impression on us who were tired after a long flight. The amenities are surprisingly a lot and they're really good both in smell and in quality. Even the hair dryer was amazing. We checked out after 2 nights but kept some of our big luggages there since we're gonna come back in a few days. The manager helped to arrange and took care of our luggages, and his english was amazing, making communication really easy. They stated that breakfast is simple since it's free for everyone, but I would say the breakfast is really good and really fulfilling. The second time we got the regular room we're supposed to get in our first stay. We thought we will have outside bathrooms but no, there's still a bathtub, a bidet, great amenities, and even a foldable table. The overall room is still very cozy for the cheap price. We checked out and told the manager again that we're still gonna keep our luggage there till we come back again, and he took care of it once again. On the third stay, my family asked for a favor (that I can't really disclose) to the manager when we checked in for the third time. The manager agreed to help (maybe since we're probably considered "regulars" at this point) and even offer a bit more than what we asked, and he only asked that we give good reviews for them in google. Honestly, I've been planning to give them good reviews since the first stay, but now I'm convinced that this is such a great hotel with great people😆 I will definitely come back if I ever go back to Korea, and I will definitely recommend the place to others who are planning to stay in the area. The hotel is on a small street, so you have to walk a bit from the main street to get to the hotel. The area around the hotel has a lot of restaurants, shops, convenience stores, and it is quite close to the big streets, bus stops, and even subways. It's a really strategic place. It is probably the best budget hotel I've ever been in, and I will remember it for a long time. To Manager Charlie, the girl staff and the night shift man that I don't think I ever got the name, Thank you so much for your kind service and help. You've made me and my family's stay really memorable and especially enjoyable☺️

Considering some low reviews just because it is a near 5 star service at an affordable price doesnt mean those reviews are fakes. I stayed in 2 rooms and the first one was super clean and nice, the second room I stayed in had to be cleaned (most likely due to previous group doing a late check out). Nevertheless as soon as I brought it to their attention they cleaned it up extremely nicely rivalling the experience of some 5 stars Ive been in. We had another further ironically good problem of the room being too warm in the winter. Rooms come with both full heating and aircon, so the clerk helped us turn on the air con when leaving the window open for 8 hours didnt work. Furthermore the pasta is one of the best experiences you can have. The Tomato Seafood is something worth coming to this hotel alone for. Complimentary free breakfast from 7am to 9am with standard cereal, toast, bacon & eggs is nice for value but not necessary. Being in a great location with a train station that connects easily to the hotsposts in Seoul like, Dongdaemun, Insadong, Hongdae and many other places you should definitely check out! The local area isnt shabby either. Theres lots of restaurants like Jajangmyun, Donkatsu, and insanely delicious street vendors. If youre a foreign tourist make sure to download google lens to auto translate anything on your camera to see what is what. DH Naissance being under 9.5 in tripadvisor is a crime and totally wrong. I promise you if you come you wont be dissapointed!!!

I'm glad I stumbled on this hotel while looking for a place to stay in Seoul. I was looking for somewhere central enough but not too touristy. ||It's located in an area where there are a few universities so it's mostly the student crowds that are found here. Students mean student-friendly prices from food to clothes to shopping. There is also a stream nearby which you can follow either way which will lead you to Seoul's central district by foot.||The hotel is divided into 2 buildings. I stayed at the older building which was still quite comfortable and cosy. Although the room looked a bit tired and could use a refresh, it was constantly kept clean and well stocked by the competent and hardworking housekeeping staff. One thing I really loved about this hotel was the quality and quantity of the free single use toiletries they provided. I ended up keeping the leftovers to take back with me!||It was very cold in Seoul in my first 2 days but there was underfloor heating and the toilet was a Japanese one so even the seat was heated.||The breakfast is nothing to write home about. Very spare and simple and the hotel is very honest about this. I only tried it once but if you're not fussy about breakfast then you should be ok. I was more interested in trying out the cheap places around the hotel. There are convenience stores all over the hotel and one just directly opposite. ||The owner Charlie and his staff or family (it felt like a family-run hotel) were very friendly and helpful. ||The Sungshin Women's University underground station is only 2 minutes walk away by foot and there are bus stops that are all nearby.||I would say that for the price I paid, this hotel was the best value for money and it ticks all the boxes in terms of location, accessibility and amenities.||Gamsahamnida Charlie...
