SB Guesthouse — Hotel in Suwon-si

The room was spacious and very clean. It had everything we needed, free wifi, clothes cabinets, a large toilet and bath, a nice kitchen, ref, electric kettle and microwave that we used all the time. As we stayed for ten days we even were able to use the washing machine a couple of times. All worked like new. The two beds fit the three of us comfortably such that we did not need to use the futon that was provided.||The service from the admin was excellent, trash was picked up and used towels were replaced every other day. || ||Being first timers in Korea and not speaking any Korean we had a hard time when outside in restaurants, taking the bus or subway or just buying things but back in SB house we had no problem with communication. The admin helped us with booking taxi to the airport and once when it was raining and it was difficult to book a taxi we were given a private ride to our destination. Very clean and good value as a place to stay and still be able to explore from. Stayed for 3 weeks and used it as a base to travel all over Korea. Bed was typical Korean bed- hard but surprisingly comfortable. Staff is very friendly and was available at 1:00 am to check in. Housekeeping is done by staff and sometimes things got missed but all we did was ask and it was quickly fixed. Small inconvenience considering the value.
