Kumho Tongyeong Marina Resort — Hotel in Tongyeong-si

My family made a reservation for my grandma’s 80’s birthday. ||We arrived at 1pm and did yacht riding for an hour. ||Check out for this hotel is 3pm and we arrived at 3.30.||We got two biggest room at and when we found that the room door was open and room wasn’t even cleaned. I called the front desk and they said I had to wait for 1 hour and 30 mins as they had so many guests and some guests who did the late check out from last night. It is ridiculous that we had to wait because of the previous customers, she, the front desk woman, didn’t even say sorry to us and tell us to just wait. ||Another thing was that we had only 4 small towels even we were 10 people. They don’t even check how many guests are staying.||Ah! One last thing for you to remember if you would like to stay here is that PLEASE take your own shampoo, body shampoo, toothpaste,etc. They don’t have anything prepared for you except for a small roll of toilet paper. ||So yes, I don’t recommend you to stay here....

Very vintage motel (not to say old) PROS: Amazing location (by the pier with tons of seafood restaurant not so far) Amazing view (sunrise) but you have to pay extra for the seaside (25,000KRW/ night) Staff are nice and polite It is clean Relaxing with fishing boats and waves

CONS: No parking at the hotel (need to go quite far) It is very old No bath towel, neither toothbrush kit (you have to bring your own BE AWARE) It is extremely dirty (as it is so old, heavy stains on sofa, walls etc) Too hot (need to open window at...
