The rooms are quite small. But everything is pretty clean and new. It's a nice place for couples but I wouldn't recommend it for families unless you don't mind being in such a small room. Or get two rooms. The best feature is being on the water. Most rooms exit to a small patio which connects to a pool. And the restaurant is on the dock.
