Botánico Casa Rural — Hotel in Arcos de la Frontera

My husband and I stayed at Botanico Casa Rural for 3 nights in May 2023. Our room was spacious and clean with lovely decor; our bed was comfortable; and, our shower/bath area was roomy with large, soft bath towels. The location is great for walking to attractions, in the historic section just across from the Tourist Office. Service is impeccable, friendly and warm. Massimo and Sergio are exemplary hosts. Massimo prepares delicious breakfasts and bakes rolls himself; loved my morning latte, fresh orange juice & yoghurt with fruits. They provided us with a fabulous multi-course homemade dinner--Massimo made homemade foccacia bread & rolls, tortellini filled with fresh ricotta, pork loin with roasted potatoes, panna cotta with wild strawberries, and much more. We were deliciously stuffed and highly recommend their dinner! I loved the decor in the whole house--very eclectic (Sergio's a designer), and Massimo's lovely, healthy plants are everywhere. More Spaniards should grow his drought-tolerant plants to avoid plants that consume too much water, especially now with droughts in Spain and climate change. We highly recommend Botanico and...

We had a great stay at the charming Hotel Botanica, a boutique hotel in Arcos de la Frontera. The rooms were spotless and full of creative touches. Massimo, the proprietor and renovator of the hotel, was exceptionally welcoming and had helpful recommendations for us. We recommend the breakfast offered by the hotel, which included local items and was delicious.||The hotel has an artistic vibe, with décor, books, and artwork that make the atmosphere feel inclusive and expressive. It adds to the sense that this is not a cookie‑cutter hotel, but a place with its own story and identity.||As with many spots in the old town, parking was about a 10 minute walk away, though we were able to park temporarily just uphill from the hotel and drop off our bags, which made everything easy. Excelente alojamiento rural con atmosfera acogedora. Massimo y Sergio son encantadores, con cariño y alegría están atentos a tus necesidades y a todos detalles, desde el desayuno (productos locales de calidad y todo preparado a mano en el momento) hasta las informaciones y consejos para disfrutar de Arcos de la mejor manera. Después de media hora ya te siente de verdad como en casa. La decoración de la casa es genial! Con elegancia se ha respectado el estilo antiguo, equipándolo para disfrutar de todas comodidades en una atmosfera muy original. Hay muchas plantas y rincones tranquilos donde descansar. Las habitaciones son amplias y luminosas, muy bonitas y bien equipadas. Camas comodísimas y de calidad. Todo muy muy limpio. La azotea, espaciosa, tiene una vista fenomenal. No puedes perderte la posta de sol, una pasada! Ha sido una gran y agradable sorpresa este alojamiento. Absolutamente recomendable, también para la localización, en pleno centro histórico. Sin dudas, para repetir pronto.

Ottima esperienza! Una casa in cui con molto gusto e originalitá si e`rispettato lo stile antico fornendolo di tutte le comoditá. Tante piante e angoli tranquilli dove riposare. Camere grandi e luminose, arredate con gusto e fornite di tutto. Letti di ottima qualitá. Tutto pulitissimo. La terrazza, spaziosa, offre una vista mozzafiato….e non perdetevi il tramonto del sole nella valle! Massimo e Sergio sono stati fantastici, mi hanno fatto sentiré come in casa, attenti a tutto, dalla colazione (preparata al momento con prodotti locali di qualitá e pane, focacce, etc.. fatti in casa…grande Massimo!) alle informazioni per scoprire e godersi Arcos.
