This hotel was, without exaggeration, an utter disaster from start to finish. Let me begin with the food: absolutely appalling. Everything tasted like it was either microwaved from frozen leftovers or thrown together without the slightest concern for hygiene or flavor. It was so bad I genuinely questioned if it was safe to eat — a potential health hazard, honestly. I wouldn’t serve that food to my worst enemy.

The rooms were equally disgusting. Dirty doesn’t even begin to cover it. The windows looked like they hadn’t been cleaned since the hotel was built — smudged, dusty, and covered in grime. The air conditioning was a joke: it worked for about 10 minutes before dying a noisy, wheezing death, and no one seemed capable (or willing) to fix it. I might as well have slept in a sauna.

And the pool? Don't let the pictures fool you. It’s tiny. Laughably so. It looks big and luxurious online, but in person, it’s cramped and overcrowded — more like a glorified bathtub than a proper swimming pool. A massive disappointment.

As for the view — or rather, the lack thereof — a solid 75% of the rooms stare directly at the wall of the building across the street. Zero sunlight, zero privacy, zero atmosphere. It’s like being locked in a shoebox with a window facing a brick prison.

What pushed things from bad to downright disturbing, however, was the complete lack of respect for guests’ privacy. Hotel cleaning and maintenance staff entered the room unannounced, without knocking or warning. On several occasions, I returned to find my belongings moved around — as if they were going through my things. It felt invasive and deeply unprofessional.

The one and only redeeming quality? The front desk staff. They were kind, professional, and clearly doing their best under absolutely miserable circumstances. It genuinely pains me to see people that competent and courteous working in such an appalling establishment. They deserve far better.

All in all, this place should be avoided at all costs. Don't be fooled by the photos or fake reviews — this hotel is a health risk, a privacy nightmare, and a total disappointment. Spend your money somewhere else....

Probablemente una de las mejores residencias de Granada, he querido esperar al menos hasta mitad de curso para hacer la reseña, tras 6 meses aquí tanto yo como mi grupo de amigos que conocí en la residencia nos sentimos como en casa, las instalaciones son perfectas para vivir al máximo nuestra vida universitaria y el personal es muy cercano con nosotros y nos tienen muy en cuenta, en mi experiencia tras estar en otras 3 residencias en Granada otros años puedo decir que ésta de momento es mi favorita y este año está siendo increíble gracias a eso, por poner una pega podría estar mejor el servicio de comidas los días festivos pero también es algo que entendemos y no nos molesta ya que aprovechamos para salir de tapeo por los bares que tenemos cerca ;),la residencia tiene un supermercado muy cerca y la facultad de salud también está al lado lo cual es perfecto si estudias allí, el centro está a unos 15 minutos en bus y las instalaciones son excelentes y nuevas, Este año está siendo una experiencia inolvidable, gracias al personal y a la gente de yugo por hacerlo...

Mi experiencia en la residencia ha sido increíble. Desde el primer día, me sentí muy bien acogida. Las instalaciones son modernas y están en perfectas condiciones. Mi habitación es espaciosa, luminosa y tiene todo lo necesario para estudiar y descansar cómodamente. Además, la residencia está muy bien ubicada, cerca de la universidad y con fácil acceso a transporte público.

Lo que más me ha gustado es el ambiente tan amigable que se respira. He conocido a muchas personas y siempre hay actividades organizadas para socializar o hacer algo divertido. El personal también se ha mostrado siempre muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar en cualquier momento, lo cual da mucha tranquilidad.

Sin olvidarme de la cocina, ya que todos los días he comido muy bien, comida variada y sabrosa.

En resumen, estoy muy contenta con mi estancia aquí. Es un lugar ideal para vivir mientras me concentro en mis estudios y disfruto de la vida universitaria. Definitivamente lo recomendaría a otros...
