Can Busquets Mallorca Hotel d'Interior — Hotel in Banyalbufar

Me and my girlfriend went to Can Busquets in the first week of July, and we really enjoyed our stay. We loved the authentic/vintage style this B&B had, so romantic and cute. Also loved the little village and the beautiful surrounding the B&B was in. The breakfast (and the one time we had dinner there) was really good, it came with local products, made by a passionate cook. The personel was really helpfull and nice. Thought the rooms were clean, luckily there was airco because it was very hot. Lastly, there were six parking spots in front of the hotel which i think will be enough in low season. The village is very small and it’s not very busy with tourists around there. Four out of five times we had A parking spot, consider that being in July. If you’re not so lucky, there is a parking garage in de village which is a 5/10 minutes walk. Or you park on the street, but I would not recommend that because of the darkness and no...

We spent three nights here in February in a lovely, quiet room at the back with two queen size beds and traditional furniture. It was very peaceful and the room was warm and cozy. The owners have retained all the original character of the building, which is lovely. I have to say that I found the breakfasts to be a little disappointing given the excellent reviews. Perhaps it was the time of year. Banyalbufar was very quiet with just a couple of cafes open during the day, but they closed at 16.00. There weren't any bars or restaurants open in the evening (despite having checked on TA beforehand and most indicated they would be open) which was disappointing. This meant we had to eat in the hotel every night, which was very nice, but it would have been nice to go out for a meal or drink in the village. Xim and Cecelia were both lovely and looked after us very well. I would be very happy to stay...

DECEPCIONANTE

Reservé una habitación para pasar el fin de semana y hacer una sorpresa a mi pareja. Ya al reservar por la página web, no me dejó elegir el tipo de habitación doble económica, por lo cuál dejé un comentario preguntando si sería posible tener vista al mar. En todo caso, pensé que sino tendría vista a la montaña.

Cuando llegamos ahí, nos dieron las llaves y entramos en la habitación y para mi sorpresa la habitación tenía 2 ventanas que daban a un patio interior, por lo que no se veía ni el mar ni la montaña. Nada de encanto ni nada de privacidad.

Continuamos explorando la habitación y para empezar, en el baño no nos dejaron toalla para las manos, tuvimos que poner una de las que nos dejaron para nosotros. Solo nos dejaron un vaso para los dos. Por lo demás el baño estaba bien.

Hasta aquí, a pesar de la decepción, decidimos enfocarnos en disfrutar y no darle más vueltas. No obstante, fue a peor. Nos fuimos a acostar y para nuestra sorpresa, ¡la cama casi se cae!. Las dos patas delanteras de la cama estaban totalmente despegadas del somier, por lo que se movía MUCHO. No había nadie a quien pedirle un cambio de habitación, ni más habitaciones al tratarse de un hotel tan pequeño. No pegamos ojo en todo la noche, la cama era muy inestable, tenía puesto un edredón muy caliente, y estamos en Mallorca a fianles de verano, hace mucho calor todavía. Por eso pusimos el aire acondicionado, pero aún así, no considera adecuado poner un edredón en esta época del año, con una sábana ligera es más que suficiente, y no había, solo el edredón y ya.

Por la mañana la chica de la recepción me preguntó que qué tal la noche y le comenté que cambien urgentemente la cama porque ahí no se puede dormir. Más lejos de disculparse, se río y me dijo que ya se lo habían dicho, que habían comprado una cama nueva y como no pasaba por la puerta no la cambiaban. Me parece un servicio realmente malo por el precio que pagué para una noche. La atención del personal deja mucho que desear y ante estas situaciones considero que reirse es una falta de respeto muy grande.

Para culminar, el desayuno, aunque rico, es escaso para personas que comen fuerte por la mañana. Para picotear está bien, pero para llenarse es totalmente insuficiente. Tampoco tiene vistas al mar, ni desde fuera desayunando ni desde dentro. Lo único que ves es los coches pasar por la carretera y tras de ellos el mar, pero vistas como tal, no tiene.
