Nous avons été très bien accueillies dans cet hôtel situé tout près de l’étang. Nous avons rencontré une difficulté matérielle (lié à notre téléphone personnel) et le serveur a fait tout ce qu’il pouvait pour résoudre notre problème. Le personnel est très sympathique et vraiment au service des clients. La terrasse est grande et très agréable et nous avons bien mangé le soir. Le buffet proposé pour le petit déjeuner est très varié et de bonne qualité. Nous y étions pour le travail mais j espère y retrouver en famille.

El hotel está en una ubicación excelente y se come muy bien (lo mejor el desayuno con muchas opciones vegetarianas). La atención del personal excelente. Por poner algún aspecto negativo diré que el hotel en general se ve un poco deteriorado y necesitaría alguna reforma pero está bien para pasar una noche. Las mejores habitaciones son las de la parte de atrás ya que son más soleadas y tranquilas. En general buena relación calidad-precio.

Hotel from the 70s with a very doubtful renovation. Clean rooms (not the terrace) but it needs a real updating. After arrival, we were told we had no towels (apparently problems with dry cleaners), but they were on the way. We were given 1 towel to share between 2 of us. We went to bed with no towels and we had no towels in the morning. 100 euros for a bedroom with no air conditioning and no towels? Definitely not worth that....

I came here to relax and get away from Lloret de Mar in August. John the receptionist is an absolute star, he helped me with everything, finding a parking for my motorcycle, find a nice place to have dinner, gave me an umbrella! The rooms are not pretentious but for what I spent totally worth it. If I’m in the area I will definitely come back. Thanks John and l Ast hotel for being...

We arrived late after our car had broken down en route to France. We were hot, sweaty and unhappy but were met by John on Reception who is charming. Accommodated all of our needs, recommended local places to eat and visit. It is a great hotel, pool is lovely breakfast good, superb shower. All of the staff were lovely.
