Maryvilla — Hotel in Calp

We stayed at 61 meryvilla calp and the villa is nice and surrounding but the owners are money grabbers, they set up fault in the villa to take your deposit and only the electricity on 1 floor works and the basement smells of damp.||The bedding was dirty and we washed it and the owner changed us|We was also charged a cleaning fee and was told me had to clean the villa||There is tiles missing out the pool and one of the family members ripped there nail of there toe.||The lock was broken on toilet door and one of family members got stuck and had a panic attack.||The glasses in the cupboard was dirty and we bought plastic and dident use them. ||There is alot more wrong please avoid this villa as there is damp everywhere...

Spending our holidays in this villa was a fantastic experience. The house is beautifully situated on the cliff of Calpe with a magnificent view of the sea. In absolute calm but also only a few minutes by car from the center of Calpe. The welcome is professional and extremely kind. All our requests have been answered within 20 minutes. The swimming pool in February was at 28 degrees, deckchairs with pillows and a magnificent grill for our evenings on the terrace are available. The person in charge of the villa was always reachable and ready to fulfill all our requests. The facilities of the house are perfect, all clean and functional. We absolutely recommend it and the price is absolutely proportionate...

Excellent due to the weather perfect, I'm the villa was a little need of fixing and modernizing inferior upgrading to meet elderly people needs. Alot of physical elements and last but not least, NICE WEATHER BUT NOOOOOO air con at all as stated. A few old ancient flans doing nothing.
